Mixing the deep knowledge within Xerox Digitization Services and my facilitation skills, turned into a new product. While structuring the overall process and keeping communication lines clear I led a team of 35 people through the development of a new sales platform. Client side representation included operations, IT, marketing, learning, sales, legal and support. On agency side designers, developers and programmers were represented.
The platform offered increased efficiency during the sales process and allowed the technical backbone and financial systems to apply template solutions. We brought down the on boarding time from 12 weeks to 2 and implemented an easy to understand dashboard for clients.
The sales platform for Xerox Digitization Services is currently being rolled out in 6 countries.
