Rethinking Creativity

At europe’s biggest owner operated advertising agency, Serviceplan, my position as Innovation Director included the responsibility for initiating, defining and lead internal change processes.

On a group level, I successfully created cross-silo tribes to add value through knowledge exchange, delivered high impact workshops and change management guidance to group CEOs & their teams. After the tailored processes I created and guided their local teams through, our departments throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia all reported a strong positive impact.

I defined and created the start-up process for a new agency – from defining a common vision of the company, translating the vision into a sound strategy and making the strategy actionable by the individuals within the new agency. Working closely together with the top management, I created a completely new way of measuring success within the existing framework. The result was extremely visible in employee- and client-satisfaction and management has reported a sustainably higher innovation rate and process transparency.
